You can share tips about the neighborhood bars, new construction, new shops opening, neighborhood school and grocery stores etc. It doesn't hurt to let your followers know the cons of each neighborhood. Since Instagram is a visual platform, it is a great outlet to showcase town information along with the houses your selling.
